As an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT122910), I am passionate about helping and empowering people through the therapeutic journey. Whether you’re feeling alone, personally or in your relationship, struggling as a parent, overwhelmed with work and the stresses of life, or feeling like you can’t catch a break or get above water, I completely understand. Sometimes therapy can be just the space you need.
Taking the first step is the hardest, and I recognize the courage it takes to make those changes. My goal is to create a safe and non-judgmental space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings, identify the challenges you are facing, understand your patterns and narratives, develop new coping skills and tools to deconstruct negative thinking patterns and cycles. I will meet you where you are at, and together we will work towards creating a balanced and joyful life.
